That’s right Strikers, it is official! We are happy to announce that we are working with publisher Nighthawk Interactive to bring you a physical version of the Azure Striker Gunvolt Striker Pack for Nintendo Switch in retail stores in North America and Europe this fall! The game will be available for $39.99, the same as the price of the digital version!
Of course, the digital version of the game will be still available next week on August 31, so if you’re itching for some Gunvolt you needn’t wait much longer! We will be providing updates on the physical version of the game, such as definite release date, in the coming weeks.

How much for Europe on Digital?.

Is this Nighthawk Interactive also publishing Azure Striker Gunvolt Striker Pack for Europe on 3DS? Or is that lost and forgotten forever like the missing updates to the 3DS digital version of the first game?
I do certainly hope that when the Switch version is released, you will finally update the first game on 3DS as well. It has been a long wait, and us European fans would be mighty happy to finally get to enjoy it the same way as Americans have already for a year.
I wanted to buy a physical copy, but I do not want to wait another 2-3 months. On top of that, the physical price is the same as the digital one? Why is that? Those games were already developped…it obviously did not take the same amount of time and money to port it to the Switch, but again the same $40 price as the 3ds game….I feel like just boycotting this even if I really want to try those games (never played them, just Burst)
You buy the physical copy to support them to make more physical copies of their games in the future, and if that means waiting a bit longer it’s well worth it in all regards.
I get that, but why not just go with a physical copy at the same time as the digital? It is a marketing strategy that I do not like personally even if I want to support Inti which I really like by the way. I cannot re-sell a digital copy…but I do not want to wait 2-3 months… you see where I am getting at? It sucks for the customers ..

Good stuff, I can forgive you for the annoying radio silence on the 3DS version in the EU.
I can’t, as a paying customer and fan it really pisses me off they way they have treated the 3DS fans.
Is there anything special in the physical version? Like…is there a poster or…
It is really amazing that even Switch got the Striker pack before Europe got it for 3DS.
